As Belgian tourists, we made an online reservation for 3 e-bikes, for a period of 48h.
Very good and friendly service with nice tips for the area. Free helmet, bike-bags and locks included. Also free overnight parking and charging of the e-bike included.
The e-bikes where nearly new (+-300km on teller) more than enough battery capacity to go to Albufera and back.
No-nonense company with great service on a very central location in Valencia.

Great bikes in a really good condition. we rent two bikes for a day to go to el Palmar along the coast- was simply great! Also the service is nice and recommended us a great route with a view along the coast line. Highly recommended to choose pelican!
Fantastic!! Bikes and guide (David) were exceptional. We used Pelican twice in the same trip. Knowledge of historic and arts sections was very good. Spend the extra money and get suspension bikes, especially if you are going to ride the river garden trails.
Pelican Bike offers a strong variety of bicycles at very fair prices. My dad and I got an all-day bike rental for just 12 euros each. The young man who attended us, Alex, was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend for your bike rental needs! Pelican bikes are a lot better than the local Valenbici bikes as well.

Everything worked perfectly. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. In 5 minutes we had bikes, each in the desired size. With their help, my daughter and I were able to explore the beautiful city of Valencia.
Great service, very friendly and informative. They have a fleet of cargo bikes, longtails and at least one big bakfiets, which is great fun to ride with kids around Valencia and get a little bit further, visit the beach, etc
They also saved our week, our regular pram broke, but we rented from them this bike trolley that we used as a pram all week, for both kids!

David was our tour guide today on our bike tour of beautiful Valencia. Funny and entertaining descriptions of some of the sites around town. It was fun and you can consider yourself lucky if you take the tour.
We rented two bike's and took a tour. The bikes were new and worked perfectly. The staff are attentive, informative and they speak multiple languages. The price was great value compared to other companies in the area. Many thanks and we'll be back again soon!

Great Way to See the City!
*This review is for the E-bike rental only, we did not do a tour, although they looked great. We booked our rental online, and it was very easy. We picked up our bikes, and check in was easy. They provided up with a map of the area and gave us the run down on the bikes, helmets are provided, as are locks and a saddle bag for storage. Bikes were adjusted individually based on our height. All equipment was in good shape. Because of the value of the e-bikes, we added the extra insurance to our rental for extra comfort. By California standards, the rental rates were very affordable.
The team was very friendly and spoke excellent English, Spanish and Russian, and likely some other languages as well.
Due to a potential bus strike, we decided the ebike rental was a good bet. As it turns out, the horrific flooding from storm Dana hit the city by the next day, so we consider it a miracle that we had a lovely and clear day touring on the bikes before the flooding before the transportation systems came to a standstill. The bike shop was just off the main plaza in Valencia, there are actually two locations very close to each other. We chose to ride through the Turia River Park, taking it past the "City of Arts and Science" and on through to the port of Valencia, where we had lunch outside. Once in the park, the bike paths are clearly marked, and you should work hard to stay on them. But be aware that tourists will be mindlessly meander on the bike path, so be on the lookout. Generally, the bike lanes in the city are clearly marked and easy to follow, just be mindful and aware of traffic in general. Otherwise, if you can ride a bike and pay attention, you will be just fine. We are in our 60s, in generally good health, and we find ebikes a great way to visit and tour. We like to stop frequently and take breaks for pictures, get our bearings, change course, stop for cappuccino, etc, so renting versus a tour is sometimes nicer for us.
We visited in October, so I am not sure if we could have handled the summer crowds. And if I could wish for one thing, it would be better understanding of pedestrian only zones, as we did not see many signs, but it was clear some plazas and alleys did not allow for cars or bikes. When in doubt, we simply walked the bikes, same for any frenetic street crossings. But overall it's a very bike friendly city and we were very comfortable. If you don't feel you can navigate alone, a tour would be an excellent alternative, as you have a leader to guide you.

An outstanding bike rental shop in Valencia with a wide range of new and impeccably maintained models. We rented two bikes, one equipped with a child seat, perfect for a family ride along the beautiful river park, a must-see spot in the city that’s ideal for cycling.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, giving us a thorough explanation of how the bikes worked and suggesting the best routes to explore. They speak multiple languages fluently, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming for tourists.
Even though I’m not used to cycling, I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. The bikes were easy to handle and perfect for both experienced riders and beginners. Very fast and kind service! The insurance is also very nice. If there is something wrong like a flat tire, they will be there in just minutes to fix it. The bikes were also of great quality! And in The Netherlands we know a thing or two about that 😉 Would definitely recommend this! Exploring Valencia was so much more fun on the bikes. 😄
